Instructions
  1. Put eggs in a large pan and cover with cold water. Bring to boil and immediately remove from heat.
  2. Cover and let eggs stand in water for 10 minutes. Remove eggs from water.
  3. Cool and peel.
  4. Cut eggs in half lengthwaise and remove yolks.
  5. Place yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and cooked bacon, if desired.
  8. Keep refrigerated until serving.
