Mustard Pickled Eggs

  1. Mix all ingredients (except eggs) in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Put eggs in an empty wide-mouthed jar (such as a pickle or mayo jar).
  3. Pour hot mixture over the eggs and seal jar with a lid.
  4. Store in fridge for at least a day or two to let the fl avors penetrate the eggs.
