Crab Enchilada

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine crag, egg, horseradish, cream, mustard, spices, and ½ cup cheese in medium bowl.
  3. Stir gently by hand until blended.
  4. Spoon mixture into tortillas and wrap tightly.
  5. Place wraps on cookie sheet lined with foil or cooking spray and cover with layer of cheese.
  6. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve on bed of greens with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
