This Clark County Fair 2018 Dish of the Day winner was created by Cynthia Everhart-Pierson.
- Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a bowl, reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
- Pour remaining mixture in gallon ziplock bag and add chicken.
- Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken while basting with reserved dressing.
