On September 17 and 18, 2021, Woeber Mustard Company, Greater Springfield Partnership and Mother Stewart’s Brewing Co. painted the town yellow to ring in the king of condiments — and bring the Springfield community together for a golden celebration.
MustardFEST 2021 had it all: delectable dishes from local mustard chefs, our annual Champion City Wiener Dog Race, food trucks and polka music straight from Germany. And, don’t get us started on the Woeber-topped hot dogs and mustard-dipped pretzels.
There isn’t enough mustard in the world to showcase our gratitude, so we’ll say “thank you” by sharing our favorite memories from this year’s two-day extravaganza.
